1. Scope
This policy applies to the MOKE AIGC website, workspace, administration services, APIs, SkillHub, and related features. Third-party sites, RSS sources, and external services follow their own policies.
2. Information we collect
- Account and identity: user ID, display name, avatar, email, roles, and permissions from single sign-on.
- Submissions: feed requests, creator profiles, namespaces, Skill packages and versions, ratings, bookmarks, feedback, and review records.
- Usage and device data: request time, IP address, browser, device, page views, downloads, calls, and diagnostic logs.
- Preferences: language, theme, default categories, and read state. Some remain only in browser storage.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, enforce permissions, present subscriptions, generate translations and summaries, review and distribute Skills, measure usage, prevent abuse, diagnose issues, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
AI features may send text to the configured model provider. We submit only what is necessary for the requested function and restrict access according to service configuration.
4. Cookies, storage, and retention
Session cookies maintain sign-in. Language, theme, and reading preferences may use local storage. Raw source data is generally retained for 90 days; normalized articles and necessary media may be retained long-term. Account, review, and security records are kept for operational, audit, and legal needs, then deleted or anonymized.
5. Sharing and third parties
We may use identity, hosting, database, object storage, CDN, email, and AI providers and disclose only necessary information. We may disclose information when legally required or needed to protect the service. RSS items, articles, and media may link to original platforms.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion, withdraw pending requests, edit public information and preferences, or object to certain processing. Published Skill versions, essential audits, and legally required data may not be immediately removable.
7. Security, minors, and updates
We use permission isolation, access control, protected transport, audit logs, and backups, but no system is absolutely secure. The service is not directed to minors unable to consent independently. Material changes will update the effective date and be highlighted when appropriate.
