You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and confirm you hold all permissions needed to submit, process, and publish it. You grant MOKE AIGC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license necessary to operate, review, display, distribute, download, and improve the service.
Unapproved Skills are visible only to their submitter and authorized reviewers. Once published, others may use them under the Skill's declared license. You are responsible for ensuring code, media, dependencies, documentation, and licenses are accurate, safe, and non-infringing.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload malware, steal credentials, damage systems, or bypass security scanning.
- Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or personality rights, or distribute illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive material.
- Do not scrape restricted data without authorization, abuse APIs, disrupt the service, or fabricate metrics.
- Do not use the service for harassment, discrimination, manipulation, or likely real-world harm.
We may scan, quarantine, reject, remove, or restrict suspected violations and retain necessary review records.
5. Third-party sources and AI output
News and media may come from RSS, public pages, or third-party platforms. Original publishers control copyright, accuracy, and availability. Follow source terms and consult the original. AI translations, summaries, classifications, and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect and are not professional advice.
6. Availability, changes, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, third-party dependencies, or product changes. You may stop using the service. We may restrict access when an account or content violates these terms, creates risk, or requires legal action.
7. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee completeness, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation, and are not responsible for third-party sources, user Skills, external links, or actions based on AI output. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.
